7.2 Head of Zeus does not endorse any submission or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and Head of Zeus expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with your Confession, and accordingly you agree to indemnify Head of Zeus in respect of all actions, claims, costs, damages, demands, expenses, fines, losses, liabilities, penalties and sanctions arising out of or in connection with the posting or publishing of your Confession.
7.3 We accept no liability for data supplied by any user for display on the Website.
7.4 If you submit data for display on the Website you are responsible for ensuring no data is uploaded or submitted that is untrue, defamatory, obscene or abusive or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable laws or rights or third parties.
7.5 You warrant that you have taken all responsible precautions to ensure that any data you upload or otherwise submit to the Website is free from viruses and anything else that may have a destructive effect on any part of the Website or any other technology.
7.6 Head of Zeus reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to delete a post, modify or remove any Confession, with or without prior notice and without liability. Head of Zeus reserves all rights to take appropriate action in relation to any Confessions that are offensive or unlawful.
7.7 Head of Zeus do not endorse the words of others and take no responsibility for the words of others posted in The Confessional.

8. Content Standards
A Contribution must:
• Be accurate (where it states facts).
• Be genuinely held (where it states opinions).
• Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.
• Be relevant.
A Contribution must not:
• Be defamatory of any person.
• Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
• Disclose the name, address, telephone, mobile or fax number, e-mail address or any other personal data in respect of any individual.
• Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
• Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
• Be in contempt of court.
• Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
• Give the impression that the Contribution emanates from Head of Zeus if this is not the case.
• Advocate, promote, incite any third party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act.
• Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
• Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
